Alldus is seeking a Principal-level ServiceNow Developer to lead a Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation for a major Telecoms organisation. This role involves acting as the technical authority, defining best practices, and ensuring the platform's scalability and performance.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions
Act as the senior technical SME across the ServiceNow platform
Drive solution architecture, integrations, and complex workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for other developers
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards
Support multi-phase rollout and ongoing optimisation of the platform
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior / Principal ServiceNow Developer
Proven expertise in delivering CSM implementations in large enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, telecom-related systems a plus)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance optimisation
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
Preferred
Experience working within Telecoms or other high-volume customer service environments
Experienced working with TSM, TNI, TSOM, OMT or FSM
ServiceNow certifications (CSM, CAD, CSA, CIS)
Experience working on long-term transformation programmes
