Provide phone support to staff with user access, desktop computers, applications and related technology
Receive, log, triage and assign follow-up actions as required to other staff within the IT Department

Qualification

Desktop computer supportInformation systemsComputer Science degreeEngineering degreeCustomer serviceCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Knowledge of desktop computers or information systems

Preferred

One (1) year experience in desktop computer support
