Responsibilities
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the facility
Maintain basic records related to material movement, as required
Perform routine tasks using prescribed steps and procedures
Follow clearly defined SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety standards
Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment
Communicate clearly with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors
Obtain and/or maintain required licenses, training, or certifications
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
0–1 year of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience (or equivalent training)
Basic knowledge of material handling, logistics, manufacturing production, or operational processes
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
General computer skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures
Basic analytical or operational process skills
Comfortable working under general to limited supervision
Attention to safety, quality, and accuracy
