Responsibilities

Lead and grow a data scientist team that delivers quality work with impact by creating a team foundation with high morale and grow our future data scientist leaders
Partner and influence a wide range of directors cross-functionally
Identify, frame and solve ambiguous business problems and communicate the results effectively and persuasively to influence leadership (VPs and Directors)
Prioritize data science work and own the data science roadmap across multiple stakeholder teams to ensure the team is delivering impactful work on the most important problems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
13 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 10 years of work experience with a Master's degree)
5 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role

Preferred

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
15 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
6 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role
Experience of managing and leading medium to large data science teams
