This position provides direct care and supervision to clients struggling with substance abuse and mental illness, offering a significant opportunity to impact their lives positively.

Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision to clients in the milieu
Provide one-to-one support for clients and addresses areas where they need support with individual problems
Maintain vigilance and awareness of the peer community dynamic while monitoring the behavior, activities and safety of the clients
Conduct and facilitate psychoeducation groups and recreational activities
Crisis Management and intervention when necessary
Responsible for client shift notes and group note documentation
Facilitate urinalysis testing for clients
Establish a constructive therapeutic community in accordance with Treatment Center policies
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old or older
Good oral and written communication skills
Possess good personal and professional boundaries appropriate for a treatment setting
Able to remain calm in a crisis situation for the safety of our clients
Able to be fully attentive at all times for client's safety
Preferred
BA degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Some prior experience working in a mental health setting
Previous crisis management experience
Previous experience working with teens
