Responsibilities

Respond and triage communications from the division email inbox
Schedule and coordinate all HCD meetings and events
Record and distribute all meeting minutes
Support compliance for the division's records management obligations
Collect and analyze staff feedback
Support HCD work culture improvement strategies
Serve as HCD website and SharePoint lead
Other duties as assigned

Required

At least 3 years of experience in administrative coordination and support
At least 3 years of experience coordinating events, managing meetings and note taking
Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Have strong interpersonal skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication
Can work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Can adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment
Experience using SharePoint and other Microsoft tools
Has experience in website management
Has an understanding of equity, racial and social justice principles
Has strong customer service skills

Preferred

Experience with records management
Experience with Sitecore website platform
Experience working in the public sector
Experience supporting a staff of over 50 employees
