This position provides hands-on administrative experience and plays a key role in the successful delivery of continuing education courses for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for department continuing education programs
Post continuing education courses to the department website
Assist with social media advertising and promotion of courses
Maintain and track course registrations
Monitor and manage the continuing education email inbox, organizing messages and directing questions to appropriate faculty members
Prepare and distribute certificates of completion to registered participants
Be on-site at the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training building approximately 6 weekends per year to assist with organizing and implementing continuing education courses

Required

Preferred
Currently enrolled as a University of Utah student
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable and able to work independently
Availability to work on-site in Salt Lake City, including occasional weekends
