$21/hr - $21/hrSTAGED provides luxury home staging services and is seeking a Home Staging and Marketing Intern. The role involves assisting with design and setup of staging projects, supporting marketing efforts, and participating in client consultations and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design and setup of home staging projects (vacant, occupied, and edit staging)
Support our marketing with social media content, campaigns, and client features
Help curate before-and-after visuals and storytelling for listings and brand materials
Collaborate on branding and media projects through •STAGED• Services
Participate in client consultations, property walk-throughs, and photoshoot prep
Assist in light administrative work such as gathering receipts, editing our inventory system and other minimal admin tasks requested
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passionate about home staging, visual storytelling, and real estate marketing
Proficient in Canva, Instagram, and other design tools
Has an eye for aesthetics, photography, and emerging trends
Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Beginners understanding of real estate, home staging, or interior design principles is a plus
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Basic knowledge of content creation — photo editing, video reels, or digital campaigns
Strong written communication and storytelling skills
Excellent eye for aesthetics, layout, and color coordination
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable working in both studio and on-site environments
Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and strong attention to detail
Interest in marketing strategy, branding, and visual design trends
Ideal candidate lives local to the Fairfield County area and has a valid drivers license
Ideal candidate is also familiar with the MetroNorth and the NYC transit system
