North America (NA) Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Working closely with the Silvus sales Team to drive efficiencies and growth
Provide support to the North America Sales Vice President and Silvus sales team:
Daily, weekly, quarterly and annual forecasting & committed view reporting
Operation reviews and Quarterly Business review presentations and support
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Managing and maintaining CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and new opportunities
Creating regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and KPIs
Driving sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the sales organization
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations
Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices
Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management
Onboarding new hires with required training
Working with Global and International counterparts to drive new tools, processes and collaborations
Helping drive integration across MSI as and when required
Working closely with finance, strategy and supply chain organizations to align on key objectives
Travel Requirements - up to 10% of the time, but variable (1-2 days every month may be required)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field from an accredited university or college
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or in sales
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Experience of Salesforce / Zoho or related CRM and Tableau software
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent Google sheets, docs and slides skills
Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
Good influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of channel distribution strategies and programs are an advantage
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts
All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
Preferred
Master's degree from an accredited university or college
8-10 years of demonstrated experience in operations management or in sales
Ability to work under own initiative and self-motivation
Excellent communication skills
AI skills are an advantage
Possess critical thinking and investigative skills
