Responsibilities
Candidates for this position should be experienced in the field of land surveying
Individuals must be able to effectively communicate effectively with field surveyors, clients, and approving agencies for projects
Candidates must have experience in the preparation of boundary plans, subdivision plans, topographic plans, and base plans for site plans, roadway plans, and drainage plans as well as other associated submission materials
Experience with ALTA site plans is a plus
This position involves the development of basic proposals, and developing schedules and priorities for survey research, field surveying, and CAD
The most important aspects of this position are the ability to communicate clearly with clients and Holden staff along with having strong organizational skills to efficiently arrange schedules for projects and staff
Key tasks include preparation of new proposals to determine staffing requirements and total cost for the job
Field surveying experience is a plus for understanding the different aspects of a cost proposal and surveying project scheduling
Qualification
Required
Experienced in the field of land surveying
Ability to effectively communicate with field surveyors, clients, and approving agencies for projects
Experience in the preparation of boundary plans, subdivision plans, topographic plans, and base plans for site plans, roadway plans, and drainage plans
Ability to develop basic proposals and develop schedules and priorities for survey research, field surveying, and CAD
Strong organizational skills to efficiently arrange schedules for projects and staff
Preparation of new proposals to determine staffing requirements and total cost for the job
Preferred
Experience with ALTA site plans
