Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Manage and configure ServiceTitan to ensure optimal functionality for all users
Train staff on ServiceTitan features and best practices to maximize productivity
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless operations
Implement and oversee data entry protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity
Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve service delivery
Collaborate with various departments to integrate ServiceTitan with other business tools
Stay updated on ServiceTitan updates and new features to enhance user experience
Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding system usage and issues
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a ServiceTitan Administrator or similar role in the HVAC industry
Strong understanding of service management software and its functionalities
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to train and support team members effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges
Preferred
Relevant certifications or training in ServiceTitan is a plus
