Responsibilities

Define the enterprise operating model for human–AI collaboration: roles, responsibilities, interaction patterns, escalation and oversight, and guardrails for safe and effective use
Lead the strategy and governance for AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Model Context Protocol and future context or coordination architectures): define how contextual data, tools, and agent capabilities are standardized, orchestrated, and version-controlled across divisions; establish enterprise principles for scalable AI interoperability
Map and prioritize high-value workflows across divisions; design target-state processes that blend human expertise with AI and automation; build adoption playbooks and rollout plans
Specify the AI agent orchestration layer requirements, including task routing, handoffs, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, quality gates, and performance telemetry
Establish enterprise change framework: capability maturity model, training curricula, role-based enablement, coaching plans, and certification for AI-augmented roles
Build the value measurement system: baseline current-state KPIs, define outcome and efficiency metrics, instrument pilots, and run controlled rollouts to validate impact and ROI
Partner with HR, Operations, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Responsible AI to align policies, job architectures, competency models, and safeguards; ensure auditable evidence and compliance
Develop a portfolio roadmap and sequencing plan by division; design lighthouse pilots, scale-up criteria, and playbooks to accelerate adoption across business units
