Responsibilities
Lead the creation of scalable digital experience architectures using Adobe Experience Manager
Define strategic approaches for CMS implementations, aligning with our digital transformation goals
Architect multi-channel content delivery systems for diverse audiences
Establish frameworks for content modeling, component architecture, and design patterns
Set platform governance, coding, and development best practices
Provide architectural leadership across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Guide and mentor teams on AEM best practices and development methodologies
Oversee the implementation and customization of AEM components and integrations
Drive modern front-end architecture leveraging technologies like React or Next.js
Design integrations between AEM and other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless interoperability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in digital experience or CMS platform design and implementation
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager
Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Models, and component development
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies and API-driven architecture
Strong leadership and mentorship skills in a technical environment
Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
Preferred
Experience in large-scale, highly regulated environments
Knowledge of digital accessibility and compliance standards
Exposure to personalization and analytics integrations
Familiarity with search platform integrations and content indexing strategies
Experience with multi-tenant or global content delivery architectures
