Qualification
Required
Applicants must be well versed in building construction theories
Expertise in residential construction, including foundation and concrete work, framing, roofing, interior and exterior finishes, doors and trim, and light commercial construction
Successful candidates will have a minimum of five to seven years of trade experience
Preferred
Preferred candidates will hold an associate degree in a related field
Teaching experience in a technical environment is preferred
