Responsibilities
Providing pre-sales technical support to customers, answering technical questions about DapuStor's products
Collaborate with sales and assist the sales team in preparing technical demonstrations and product presentations for US customers
Assist customers in identifying their technical requirements, track customer feedback and issues, and provide solution recommendations
Assist customers in evaluating and testing SSD products to ensure compatibility with DapuStor products and customer's solutions
Update and keep track of product roadmaps, technical content and any other customer material necessary in the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics or Computer
5+ years' of relevant experience, ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, provide feedback on client technology and requirements, and establish and maintain all levels technical customer relationships
Basic technical skills in SSD and server technology, hands-on technical ability and willingness to learn, able to independently carry out platform testing work
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to lead the pre-sales technical collaboration with customer, with the intention of becoming a solution expert or solution salesperson
Knowledge of the SSD market and SSD products, including the current technologies, market conditions/trends
International business travel required, willingness to travel to and present at industry events and conferences
Preferred
Major in Electronics or Computer
Familiar with Linux system, MySQL, Oracle, noSQL and other databases
Additional languages such as Mandarin, Portuguese
