Responsibilities
Assist with RF design and planning, including coverage mapping and propagation analysis
Support drive tests, data collection, and log analysis
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and assist with troubleshooting network issues
Collaborate with senior engineers on parameter audits, neighbor planning, and cluster optimization
Document findings and help prepare performance and engineering reports
Learn and apply industry-standard RF tools and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Foundational understanding of LTE/5G concepts, RF propagation, and cellular systems
Familiarity with RF tools such as Actix, TEMS, Nemo, or similar
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn RF engineering best practices
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience with Verizon Wireless or other major carriers
Exposure to Atoll, Planet, WinProp, Actix, TEMS, Nemo, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or other scripting tools
Understanding of 3GPP standards, mobility concepts, and RF KPIs
