Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and account management, including full P&L and budget responsibility
Develop and enforce operational policies to ensure cost control, risk mitigation, and efficiency
Lead, supervise, and support field staff, including cleaners and floor technicians
Manage hiring, training, performance documentation, payroll, and disciplinary actions
Ensure quality control standards are consistently met across all sites
Respond to and manage operational emergencies as needed
Support business growth through customer retention, new opportunities, and bid estimates
Manage inventory, supplies, and workload planning for new and existing sites
Travel within the assigned territory to oversee operations and customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7–10 years of experience driving process improvement using data, analytics, and performance metrics
Strong experience with financial reporting, KPIs, BI dashboards, and data management tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based platforms
Proven success in key client management and cross-functional leadership
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
Preferred
Experience in facilities management or a similar services industry is highly preferred
Background in quality assurance, client experience, or service delivery management preferred
