Responsibilities
Transfer wafer from FOSB to FOUP, measure particles on SP-1 and provide measurement data to customer
Transfer wafer from FOUP to FOSB, vacuum seal for delivery
Wash new FOUP, create FOUP ID and bar code label, associate this FOUP onto AMHS system
Maintain cleaning program for all FOUP currently on AMHS system
Process requests on TME DB from lab users: packaging (vacuum seal FOUP/FOSB/SWS/Cassette), materials request such as FOUP keys, clean FOSB, SWS (Single Wafer Shipper)
Maintain FOUP Overflow program: pull FOUP in/out, update tracking list
Maintain clean and re-use all empty FOSB/Cassette/SWS
Inspect, clean and re-use safety glasses
Collect and ship unwanted wafers to B21 for reclaim
Factory trained maintenance on both box washer tools
Routine PM and repair all box washers
Maintain and process all requests on WFM program
Other tasks assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years of Mechanical or Electrical experience is preferred or previous experience in a production environment
Ability to read and understand technical procedures and instructions
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
