Technical Leader- Americas Regional Application Engineering
GE Vernova is a leader in the energy sector, and they are seeking a Technical Leader for their Americas Regional Application Engineering team. The role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring the team, and ensuring operational rigor while interfacing with cross-functional teams during the R1 Solutioning phase.

Lead LEAN concepts, run data analysis on operational throughputs. Run Daily Management and PSR as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
At least 15 years of engineering experience in the Gas Power Plant industry
At least 8 years of customer-facing engineering experience
Knowledgeable in Power generation industry trends and competition
Must be willing and able to travel
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering
Prior Technical Leadership experience
Comprehensive knowledge of GEV plant product portfolio
Six Sigma training / LEAN experience
Strong Change Management experience
Familiarity with R-process and R1 Solutioning
Ability to drive projects to completion
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers
