Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and ongoing maintenance of complex network solutions in manufacturing and lab environments
Drive operational excellence programs across multiple sites and network domains
Lead incident management for highest severity network events
Establish best practices for network operations across global facilities
Create and own operational readiness programs for new site deployments
Lead root cause analysis for complex, multi-system operational issues
Develop and execute operational improvement roadmaps
Build and lead programs for team training and skill development
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical network operational issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability for mission-critical operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell and/or Perl experience
8+ years of major internet routing protocols experience
5+ years of working in a Linux/Unix environment experience
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Preferred
Experience with AWS and AWS networking products such as Direct Connect and Transit Gateway
