Preventative maintenance and building upkeep
Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient
Qualification

Mechanically skilled
Handling service requests and apartment turns across two nearby sites
Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances & water heaters
Preventative maintenance and building upkeep
Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Preferred
Apartment, facilities, hotel, or residential maintenance experience
Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
HVAC experience strongly valued
Boiler/CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
