Responsibilities
Control and monitor facility visitor access in accordance with security, ITAR/EAR, and company procedures
Maintain visitor logs and ensure escort and access restrictions are enforced
Receive, log, and track inbound packages, materials, and Government Furnished Material (GFM)
Enter receipt, shipment, and inventory data into approved tracking systems in accordance with QMS procedures
Coordinate internal distribution of materials to authorized departments
Maintain inventory records to support traceability, loss prevention, and audit readiness
Maintain chemical inventory records in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Track calibration status of equipment and issue reminders to prevent lapse in calibration compliance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
7+ years demonstrated experience in administrative operations, inventory control, or accounting support
Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft, and Libre Office software suites
Experience with inventory or materials tracking systems
Strong attention to detail and record accuracy
Willingness to learn and use AI systems to perform daily tasks such as validating vendors and researching for suppliers
Ability to handle controlled and sensitive information
