Responsibilities
Provide desk-side training to analysts
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
Remain current on latest platform features and capabilities
Staff the help desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues

Consistently communicate product or user issues to the team
Qualification
Required
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
1 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Experience with Palantir platforms, i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc
Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Security clearance level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility; US citizenship required
Role requirements: 5 days onsite; up to 25% travel (CONUS/OCONUS)
Preferred
Recent hands-on experience with Palantir platforms
Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders
Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience
