New Grad, Entry LevelMenards is seeking a Building Maintenance & Carpentry Tech responsible for various maintenance and carpentry projects within their offices. The role includes tasks such as general carpentry repairs, minor electrical and plumbing work, and troubleshooting maintenance issues.

Responsibilities
Building maintenance; painting, minor electric & plumbing, repair and replacement of doors & windows, carpet repairs, and outdoor fence repairs
Install and maintain office cubicles and furniture including some wiring of cubicles
Minor roofing repairs
Fence repairs
Small concrete repairs
Parking lot and building light fixture repairs, requiring aerial bucket truck when needed
Snow removal w/ plow truck
Troubleshooting and providing repair recommendations
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction, building equipment maintenance or related trade field
High school diploma and some experience in the use of hand and power tools
Must possess some power tools and hand tools
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must have a valid Driver's License
Aptitude to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
