Design, build, and scale backend systems that power AI-driven workflows and agent-based products
Work hands-on across architecture, infrastructure, and product features in a fast-moving startup environment
Collaborate directly with founders on technical decisions, roadmap planning, and core product strategy
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional engineering experience, with senior or staff-level technical depth
Exceptionally high agency with strong experience building AI-first systems and shipping production code
Deep interest in AI agents, modern ML tooling, and owning large technical problems end to end
