IS3 Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design, develop, and deliver advanced reporting and analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves collaborating closely with ServiceNow Platform teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and enable data-driven decision-making across IT Service Management and IT Operations.

Responsibilities

Design, Configure and implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) indicators, widgets, breakdowns, and dashboards across modules such as ITSM and ITAM

Designing, Building and Maintaining Inbound and outbound REST API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party application

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytics and reporting requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow PA solutions

Build and maintain data collectors and automated collection jobs

Integrate PA with CMDB, ServiceNow Reporting, and external data sources where required

Develop meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to business needs

Ensure governance and consistency across analytics deliverables

Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing

Maintain and enhance existing analytics configurations and visualizations

Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for implemented solutions

Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems

Required

Proven experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with data visualization and analytics principles

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Reporting, PA Micro-Certification) are a plus

Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise reporting and visualization platforms

Familiarity with API integrations, including RESTful services and database connectivity using JDBC, to support data ingestion and system integrations

Working knowledge of SQL, including complex joins, query optimization, and performance tuning for large datasets

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including fact and dimension tables, star/snowflake schemas, and normalization/denormalization
