RaySecur, Inc. is a leader in real-time 4D T-ray imaging, focusing on concealed threat detection. They are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Associate to support R&D and Manufacturing teams, responsible for creating and managing physical samples and collecting AI training data.

Responsibilities

Build samples according to work instructions to meet R&D and Production needs and sample delivery schedules

Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources to support R&D projects

Screen samples using MailSecur system to collect model training data to meet daily and weekly sample collection targets

Improve existing and develop new work instructions with focus on quality and reproducibility

Collaborate closely with R&D and Manufacturing teams to understand project goals, device operations, and data needs

Maintain detailed records of data sources, annotations, and physical samples for future reference

Assist in setting up and running experiments, including preparing materials and equipment

Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with safety requirements

Required

High school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university program

Experience with R&D and Manufacturing processes and Quality control (QC) equipment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Good communication skills to interact with various team members and stakeholders

Preferred

Background and experience in manufacturing and R&D environments including chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytical chemistry labs and similar industrial and laboratory settings is a plus
