Responsibilities
You will implement standard operating procedures, software and controls to ensure appropriate levels of security

Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
Your Resume Must Demonstrate At Least one Year Of Specialized Experience At Or Equivalent To The GS-12 Grade Level Or Pay Band In The Federal Service Or Equivalent Experience In The Private Or Public Sector
Experience administering assignments and supervising and approving work efforts within the branch
Experience executing goals and objectives of programs within the branch and sets priorities and schedules for completion of assignments
Experience with implementing selections, evaluating performance, recommending promotions, awards, bonuses, and reassignments of subordinates
Experience advising and showing ability to plan, manage, and carry out installations, upgrades, and maintenance
Experience developing new system hardware and software for specific Time Service/Earth orientation applications
Experience with analysis and design of systems to compare these data, design of systems to improve time and data transfer
Experience monitoring plans, while overseeing, and assisting with installations and maintenance of new or upgraded versions of applications running in client-server mode under the Windows, Linux, and Macintosh operating systems
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving

This Position Has Been Designated As a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce Position In Specialty Area 451 (System Administration)
Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which you are assigned
Participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor
