Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps
Design training programs for various learning styles and operational processes; create engaging e-learning modules and instructional materials
Lead virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops, fostering interactive learning environments
Manage training schedules, logistics, and communicate updates to participants effectively
Develop assessment tools, gather feedback, and analyze training data for continuous improvement
Serve as primary contact for training inquiries and provide coaching to trainees
Maintain records of sessions, attendance, and evaluation outcomes; present effectiveness reports to management
Collaborate with internal partners and communicate best practices to stakeholders
Stay current on industry trends and recommend new training tools and methods
Qualification
Required
Experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardisation and delivery of training methodology throughout the organisation
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
At least 2 years experience in a training role
Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal teams and management
Excellent coordination, classroom management and organization skills
Preferred
Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
Training certification a plus
