Responsibilities

Define, lead, and own program charters for cross-organizational initiatives, outlining scope, timelines, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and resourcing
Identify and manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and guide alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables
Establish program governance, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and lead mitigation planning
Develop and manage change management rollout plans to ensure smooth adoption of program deliverables
Design and execute optimized communication plans for all levels, including executive and key partner communications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with policy communication

Experience in continuous improvement, organizational change management, and stakeholder management
Experience with data center, networking, or telecom operations
