Responsibilities
Continuously improve machine and process efficiencies
Implement engineering solutions for manufacturing equipment based on customer-requested changes
Identifying quality issues and writing reports and eliminate the problem
Collaborate with multiple teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and other technical personnel, to jointly resolve problems based on customers' process requirements and product specifications
Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the equipment manufacturing site and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at customer locations to ensure the equipment operates efficiently, smoothly, and reliably
Work on equipment control systems, robot control, equipment I/O, and basic machine coding logic
Conduct hands-on installation, adjustment, and testing of equipment
Develop equipment manual and provide training to customers
Other Duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience working with automation equipment
Familiar with hand tools usage/maintenance and proper safety conscious
Good communication and team working skills
Strong customer service/satisfaction attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering
AutoCAD, Solid Works, PLC skills
