Expertise in CSM, Health and Safety Module in ServiceNow
Proficiency In ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide script)
Experience With ServiceNow Development, Including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Ui Policies, Ui Actions, Script Includes, And ACLS
Expert Knowledge and Expertise of Integration Techniques Such as Rest, Soap, And JDBC
Experience With Integration Tools Like Mid Server and Integration Hub
Ability To Design and Implement Complex Integrations with Other Systems
Understanding Of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) And CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Experience With ITOM (It Operations Management) Modules Like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, And Orchestration
Experience In Building Custom Applications Using ServiceNow S Application Platform
Proficiency In Html, CSS, And AngularJS for Service Portal and Ui Customization
