Responsibilities
Clean, wash, and prep housings, covers, and gearing for assembly
Pull housings and covers for sandblasting
Assist with disassembly when needed
Assist with Shipping and Receiving, including building containers to ship gearboxes
Maintain tools and equipment
Paint gear units and components
Assist with general shop cleaning and maintenance
Communicate in a professional manner with customers
Qualification
Required
Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to use measuring tools
Organized, self-starter, with the ability to work independently or as a team player
Punctual and reliable attendance is required
Maintain a professional attitude in-house
Preferred
A year or more of experience in a similar shop helper / shop labor role
