Responsibilities
Evaluating metrics within the Information Technology Life Cycle Management Program to ensure requirements are met
Conducting technical reviews of proposed plans to formulate recommendations for information technology
Presenting recommendations to management regarding modifications to systems to ensure proper integration
Coordinating with internal customers to accomplish non-routine work on servers
Developing proposals for information management plans to recommend for system development
Qualification
Required
One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Implementing security procedures to defend information systems against unauthorized access; 2) conducting security audits for system information compliance; and 3) ensuring recovery procedures are in place for security issues that may arise
The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience which demonstrates each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving
Must obtain required commercial certification within 6 months of appointment to position in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.1
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance for access to Depot Production Computer System
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time
This position requires to submit to urinalysis testing under the Drug Abuse Testing Program IAW AR 600-85
