Responsibilities

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment
Monitor equipment performance and adjust processes to optimize quality and efficiency
Operate automated or semi-automated machinery to fill, seal, label, and package products
Complete batch records, logbooks, and all associated production documentation accurately
Work within an integrated, computerized manufacturing environment
Perform packaging activities following all safety guidelines, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements
Report equipment malfunctions, abnormalities, or process deviations to supervisors
Support production operations including assembly, processing, and material movement as needed
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage tasks when required
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas according to established procedures

Required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes (training provided)

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
