Responsibilities
Oversee daily studio operations and closing procedures
Lead, coach, and schedule staff
Membership sales and retention initiatives
Customer service and parent communication
Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards
Develop and execute youth programs and activities
Monitor inventory and supplies
Support marketing and community outreach
Ensure compliance with safety and youth-serving standards
Manage front desk processes and financial reporting
Maintain a positive, energetic culture aligned with Fitwize values
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years management experience (fitness, retail, youth programs, or hospitality preferred)
Proven leadership and team-development ability
Sales and membership marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Administrative and organizational excellence
Computer proficiency (POS, scheduling, CRM, spreadsheets)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Experience working with children ages 5–15
Bachelor's (Required)
Ability to Commute: Coconut Creek, FL 33073 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Health/Fitness degree or Personal Training Certification a plus, not required
