Qualification
Required
Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain abstract coding concepts
Expertise in Java: Deep familiarity with core Java concepts such as OOP, multithreading, exception handling, and standard libraries
3-5 years of experience with Java frameworks, tools, or domains (e.g., Spring, Android, backend development)
