A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assembler I for their manufacturing team in Sandy, Utah. The Assembler I will perform inspection activities on medical device products to ensure compliance with quality standards while adhering to established procedures in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect manufactured products to verify compliance with quality standards
Use small tools and machines to open products for internal inspection
Examine components under a digital microscope to determine functionality
Accurately record inspection results and report issues as needed
Follow all SOPs, safety requirements, and quality guidelines
Assist with other manufacturing tasks, including assembly, testing, and packaging, as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in medical device manufacturing
Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications and instructions in English
Basic math skills for measurements and simple calculations
Experience using basic measurement tools, including microscopes
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills with supervisors and coworkers
Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
Occasionally lift or move up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
