COMMAND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)

Responsibilities
You will create integration plans and develop IT roadmaps describing the technical processes
You will draft and implement policies addressing agency-wide IT initiatives
You will analyze and evaluate systems and data and provide interpretations, findings, and justifications for policy development
You will plan and assign work to subordinates based on priorities, assignment difficulty and requirements, and employee capabilities

This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 901, proficiency level IV the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Communicating the value of information technology (IT) and cybersecurity throughout all levels of the organization stakeholders, 2) Developing and maintaining strategic plans and policies, and (3) Leading and aligning information technology (IT) priorities with the enterprise strategy
