Responsibilities

Assisting with cable tray installation and server rack builds
Pulling cable and fiber across massive data center spaces
Learning how to punch down, terminate, and label cables
Supporting techs with routing, dressing, and organizing cable pathways
Following blueprints and safety protocols
Performing grounding, fire-stopping, and low-voltage terminations
Completing paperwork and staying organized on-site

Required

Basic experience with hand tools and construction tasks
Willingness to learn and work hard
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Comfort working at heights and in active construction zones
