Captain your own truck and manage your daily route (Pelham & Birmingham Metro)
Execute SoftWash (roofs/siding) and surface cleaning to our 5-Star Standard
Wow the Customer: You are the face of AlphaWash. We are the highest-rated for a reason, we treat clients like gold
Maintain your rig. If a hose blows or an O-ring leaks, you fix it and keep moving
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License with a clean record (Mandatory)
Comfortable with ladders and walking roofs
No Experience? No Problem. We would rather train a person with high character than hire a 'pro' with bad habits
Preferred
A Future Leader: You want to run a crew, a branch, or a franchise one day
Reliable: You show up on time, every time
Not Afraid of Heights: We clean roofs. It is a mandatory part of the job
