Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of custodial operations across multiple education sites, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise‑wide quality standards
Serve as the primary strategic partner to C‑suite clients, influencing decision‑making, securing investment for enhanced sanitation initiatives, and driving long‑term contract growth
Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership teams while maintaining a strong presence in operations—modeling engagement, accountability, and service excellence alongside frontline staff
Drive operational innovation, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to elevate the client and student experience

Qualification

Required

Extensive leadership experience overseeing custodial operations within K–12 or university environments, with a track record of managing large, multi‑site teams
Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence senior institutional leaders, present strategic recommendations, and build trust at the highest levels
A hands‑on leadership style grounded in visibility, employee engagement, and partnership with frontline teams to drive culture, performance, and retention
Proven success managing complex client relationships, resolving challenges proactively, and expanding service offerings through consultative, value‑driven engagement
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 Years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
