NANA SHAREHOLDER COLLEGE INTERNSHIP - NANA Worley Project Delivery Intern Paid Internship
NANA Worley is seeking a Project Delivery Intern to assist Project Managers and Program Managers with the project management process. The intern will help in planning, executing, and supervising various projects while ensuring client objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Plan and oversee strategic projects and objectives, and/or services of broad significance to the company
Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to team members about every aspect of the project so that the team members can understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently
Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team
Plan, coordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals
Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that all project expectations are met or exceeded
Participates in interviews and RFP processes for new work
Assists estimating with bidding for future assigned projects
Achieve or better the budgeted gross margin
Promote strong HSE operational focus to project team, client, and subcontractors
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and company information
Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit’s success also may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a shareholder of NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., or a direct descendant of a shareholder
Must be 18 years or older
Must be currently enrolled in college or a vocational school full-time and have completed one semester of postsecondary education
Be declared in a major/program of project management or project controls focused program
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers, clients or employees of organization
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, proportions, and percentages
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, word processing software, and MS Excel spreadsheet software
Preferred
A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under NANA's vehicle insurance policy
Experience with Primavera, AutoCAD and/or other industry specific software is preferred
