The role involves entering product data into the inventory database, supporting logistics operations, and generating reports related to inventory and job costing.

Responsibilities
Entering all the product that is coming in and out of the warehouse as well as job costing
Documenting the work orders that are being produced from the Project Coordinators
Providing data entry into (CORE), which is an inventory database for their furniture/product
Supporting the logistics of the warehouse – shipping and receiving
Filing in the wood shop for an hour of the day
30% entry of job costing into CORE (company database)
50% entry of Inventory and product coming into warehouse
20% generating reporting through templates already generated
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of recent experience in professional administrative role
1+ years of recent work experience using Excel for Data Entry into spreadsheets
Excel 2010
Kenexa Testing - Over Global Average WPM 40+ and KSPH 6000+
Preferred
college graduate
inventory experience from retail job
