They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Intern to support their analytics team in transforming data into actionable insights and building reports for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
Support ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Document analytical processes and findings
Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in junior or senior year
Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Exposure to data analysis tools such as Qlik, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Coursework or experience in data modeling, coding, or predictive analytics is a plus
Familiarity with finance or accounting is a plus
Familiarity with databases and querying (e.g., SQL) is a plus
Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or other relevant analytical work is a plus
