The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting maintenance operations across multiple residential communities, performing routine and emergency maintenance services to ensure quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple residential communities
Respond to service requests and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs at assigned sites
Coordinate with on-site teams to prioritize maintenance needs
Assist with apartment turnover processes, including painting, cleaning, and repairs
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and travel between sites
Operate tools and equipment safely and in accordance with company policies
Elect to participate in the voluntary Opt-In Emergency Call Assistance Program
Travel between communities using a personal vehicle or transportation
Provide support during property inspections and audits
Assist with grounds maintenance and common area upkeep as needed
Offer temporary coverage at sites with limited staffing
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Proficient in using mobile maintenance software and tools
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Preferred
Trade certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
Prior experience with multi-site maintenance operations
OSHA safety certification
