Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement data architecture solutions for financial/banking projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Utilize tools such as DataBricks, SPARK, Power BI, Snowflake, Talend, and Informatica to optimize data processing and analysis
Create data models, data flow diagrams, and data governance policies
Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation and cleansing processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture
Provide technical guidance and support to the data engineering team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Architect in the financial/banking industry
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
Hands-on experience with DataBricks, SPARK, Power BI, Snowflake, Talend, and Informatica
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work onsite in New York, NY
Preferred
Certifications in relevant data architecture technologies
Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
