Indium Corporation is seeking an HR Organizational Development Intern to assist in researching and evaluating Learning Management Systems (LMS) over a 10-week period. The intern will compare platforms based on functionality and usability, gather input from stakeholders, and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on Learning Management Systems (LMS) that align with our needs
Identify and compare LMS platforms based on key criteria such as functionality, ease of use, reporting capabilities, integrations, and cost
Gather input to understand current pain points and future training requirements
Develop a comparison matrix outlining strengths, limitations, pricing models, and recommended use cases for each LMS option
Document findings in clear, well-organized summaries and presentations for leadership review
Prepare and deliver a final presentation with LMS options, including rationale and suggested next steps
Maintain regular check-ins with the supervisor to provide progress updates and adjust research focus as needed

Required

A current student in a related field such as HR, business, education, training, or related fields
Someone who enjoys researching, comparing options, and organizing information
