Responsibilities
Coordinates calibration and preventative maintenance of instruments/devices
Scheduling and coordinating calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair work performed by outside contractors
Review of vendor documentation in support of preventative maintenance and repair work
Initiate, track, and close work records in BMRAM equipment database as needed
Performs data entry into quality systems to ensure compliance with standards
Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data
Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintains inspection readiness
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED
1-2 years of relevant experience
Ability to maintain integrity and honesty at all times
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to communicate with transparency
Ability to multi-task on multiple projects or tasks
Demonstrate respectful behavior at all times
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Effective time management skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective planning and organizational skills (content management)
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to be adaptable
Preferred
AAS in a science, business, or related discipline
