Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems
Review data for errors or missing information and correct them
Update existing records as needed
Organize and maintain digital files
Follow company guidelines and deadlines
Communicate with the team when clarification is needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet use)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Reliable internet connection and computer
Preferred
Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required
